1. Easy Assemblage. The touch and display are bonded together. No need to purchase them from different suppliers. And we supply the touch controller board with USB cable together with the touch display module. The board with HDMI, VGA, DVI interface is for option. The display cable, power cord, HDMI cable, VGA cable are for option. Besides, the touch panel outline is bigger than display panel outline, which is used for assembling this module to the enclosure with glue or adhesive tape.
2. High Reliability. It passes the reliability test for operating temperature at -20~70℃ for 240 hours and storage temperature at -30~80℃ for 240 hours.
3. Costdown Bonding Technology. 0.3mm adhesive tape is used for bonding the touch panel to the TFT-LCD.
4. Multi-touch is plug-and-play. The PCAP touchscreen supports USB interface, auto-calibration, no need tuning. It works fine immediately after connecting the USB interface to the computer or mother board.
YS043KT01V1.0 is a 4.3 inch diagonally TFT-LCD module taped bonded with a multi touchscreen glass. This TFT-LCD is 480x272 pixels, using amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device, which is composed of a TFT-LCD panel, a driving circuit and a backlight system. The touch is air-gap bonded on the display panel with double-sided adhesive tape around the TFT-LCD border.
YS101QT01V1.0 is WXGA resolutions (1280 horizontal by 800 vertical pixel array), optically bonded with projected capacitive touchscreen sensor. There is strengthened cover glass on top of this touchscreen display to protect it. You can customize the color, the dimension, the shape, logo, text and thickness. It supports plug-and-play multi-touch via the USB interface on the controller board.
NV156FHM-N42 TFT-LCD is diagonally 15.6 inch 1920x1080 resolution from BOE. It is wide viewing angles 85/85/85/85 with eDP signal interface. The PCAP touchscreen is tape-bonded on the display panel. Optical bonding is for option. Regarding the touch, it is glass-on-glass structure. The top layer is strengthened cover glass with 6H surface hardness to protect it from scratches and vandalism.
