For large size PCAP touch screen sensors, mostly, ITO touch sensor glass is optically bonded with a tempered cover glass, surface hardness 6H, supporting 10 points to 40 points finger touch, compatible with Windows, Android, Linux operating systems.
Product Description
For large size PCAP touch screen sensors, mostly, ITO glass is applied to make touch sensors, which are optically bonded with a tempered cover glass, surface hardness 6H, supporting 10 points to 40 points finger touch, compatible with Windows, Android, Linux operating systems. This is what we call PCAP touch screen sensor. The flat cable connects the touchscreen sensor to a touch controller board, then connects to the computer mother board via USB cable, or RS232 cable or IIC cable.
Structure: GG (glass-on-glass), ITO technology PCAP touchscreen sensor glass optically bonded with strengthened front glass.
Cover glass: Surface hardess is usally above 6H. The glass thicknss is designed up to 8mm, even 12mm or 15mm if necessarey.
Type: COB (chip on board), touch IC from ILITEK or EETI, supporting USB/RS232/IIC interface connectors, which are soldered on the controller board as requested. Normally, EETI controllers has better performance when much water on the surface, when touching with thick gloved hand, when using outdoor, when the glass thickness is above 8mm. And ILITEK controllers are usually used on commercial application or indoor devices.
Touch Points: Multi-touch, finger touch, supporting thin-gloved hand touch (latex gloves for example), thick glove, thick glass.

Transmittance: >85%
Operating Temperature: -10ºC ~ 60ºC, <85%HR
Storage Temperature: -20ºC ~ 70ºC, <85%HR

The largest size projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreen sensors we can manufacture is 75 inch diagonally, glass-on-glass structure, and outline diemenson is expected to be within 2000mm (L) x 1000mm (W). We can custom the shape, dimension, color, text, logo, thickness, ink type as per your specific requirement or applicaton environments.
The standard PCAP touchscreen components are recommended to fix on indoor or half-outdoor applications like vending machines, information kiosks, POS terminals, gaiming machines, digital signage, control panels, all-in-one computers and etc.
