This touchscreen overlay is powered by a 5V USB controller board, plug-and-play, supporting multi-touch and latex gloved hand touch.

YS1018175V2 is a 10.1 inch IK08 multi-touchs sensor with glass. The multi-touch projected capacitive touchscreen sensor is optically bonded with a 5mm thick strengthened cover glass. Drop ball test can pass 1kg steel ball falls down from 50cm high, which equals to IK08 rating. This touchscreen overlay is powered by a 5V USB controller board, plug-and-play, supporting multi-touch and latex gloved hand touch. If necessary, we can 8mm thickness toughened cover glass to help your touchscreen pass IK10 test. This touchscreen overlay is good for touch screens in public area, for example, ATM in the bank, Kiosks in the supermarket, entertainment devices, industrial equipment and other touch screens which may suffer vandal. One of the features is its vandalism.
IK10 touchscreen definition and features
IK10 touchscreen refers to a screen with an IK rating of 10, where "IK" stands for "Impact Protection." The IK rating is used to assess the impact resistance of a product. In the European standard, impact resistance is classified into levels from 0 to 10, with IK10 representing the highest level of impact resistance. The higher the numerical value, the more durable the product is.
• Suitable for industrial applications: IK10 touchscreens are resistant to high temperatures, humidity, and effectively prevent dust, making them capable of seamless operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Structure
GG (glass-on-glass), ITO technology PCAP touchscreen sensor glass optically bonded with strengthened front glass.
GFF(glass-on-film-on film), two layers of ITO touchscreen sensor films optically bonded with cover lens.
Type
COB (chip on board), touch IC from ILITEK, USB/RS232/IIC interface connectors are soldered on the controller board.
Touch Points
Multi-touch, finger touch, supporting thin-gloved hand touch (latex gloves for example), touch with few water on the surface.

The largest size projected capacitive (PCAP) touchscreen sensors we can manufacture is 75" diagonally, glass-on-glass structure, and outline diemenson is expected to be within 2000mm (L) x 1000mm (W). We can custom the shape, dimension, color, text, logo, thickness, ink type as per your specific requirement or applicaton environments.
The standard IK08 PCAP touch screen overlay is recommended to fix on indoor or outdoor applications like industrial touchscreens, gaiming machines, control panels, all-in-one computers, hand-held industrial computers and etc.
