For 7.0 inch TFT-LCD panel, INNOLUX has two popular models, AT070TN92 and AT070TN94, with almost the same features, just AT070TN94 has 400cd/m2 brightness and AT070TN92 is 250cd/m2. They are 16:9 aspect ratio. The active area is sligtly different from 1024x600, say NJ070NA-23A from INNOLUX and TM070DDH03. 1280x800 with aspect ratio 16:10 is also widely used, for example, TM070JDHG30. TM070JDHG30 is 40-pin LVDS interface LCD module. It displays 16.7M colors with 400 nits luminance, 88/88/88/88 viewing angles, and 800:1 contrast ratio.
